We all know that the Mother Nature is the Faithful Healer of The Soul. It is also said that “A walk in the woods walks the soul back home.”
Mother Nature has always provided all our needs but we have become so engrossed and selfish that we could no longer see how much harm we have done to Mother Nature and thus in return to Our Own Selves!
The nature has its own ways of pointing out the need to preserve and respect the natural resources. With Coronavirus pandemic, millions are getting affected globally each day and majority of populations have been forced to stay indoors.
With the spread of a virus so mighty and mysterious, the entire world has come to an almost standstill. It has spread across more than 210 countries and has affected millions. All this is the result of our callous behavior towards the precious gifts of nature.
Now as many of us are indoors, nature has begun to breathe. Animals and plants are relishing their moments with no or less human intervention. We all have seen pictures and videos on social media of animals and birds moving around freely in what they could not dare to in the past because of high human commutation.
The world has slowed down and nature is breathing a sigh of relief!
As the nature is healing, so you should also do. It is the time that you also start working towards your own healing – The Healing Of Soul.

We all need to be little compassionate and think about other’s needs as well while buying essentials as if one person buys with all the money there will be millions left without anything to feed them.
We should thrive to learn and grow everyday as that not only nurtures your mind but also your soul. Last but not the least; we should not stop ourselves from sharing our fortune with the lesser fortunate. We should support the needy ones and share generously.
Let us all learn the lessons which mother Earth wants us to learn through testing times. Learn to be thankful, compassionate and generous. These human traits are lacking these days in human race and thus need to restructure our outlook towards the world.

LOCK DOWN TIPS TO STAY PRODUCTIVE, HEALTHY & FIT
Meditate – Every one of us should meditate in the morning to keep negativity away from our mind. We are already bombarded with too much of information from different sources and some of those videos and photographs could be overwhelming for many of us, so meditation to calm your mind is the need of the hour.
Yoga – As we are locked down indoors and it’s not allowed to go out and do your regular walk or running but you can definitely do yoga at home to keep yourself fit and healthy.
Drink Warm Water- As advised by health practitioners, it is a must to drink little warm water at regular intervals to keep yourselves hydrated and don’t let your throat to get dry any time.
Wash Your Hands Regularly - It is a must as you wouldn’t want COVID-19 virus to get into your house. Wash your hands for good 20 seconds with soap and then rinse it completely. High standards of hygiene need to be followed by each one of us even when staying indoors.
